We add shipping charge of Rs. 70 on all orders and we charged of Rs. 50 extra for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders displayed at the time of checkout.

Cancellation before Shipment: a. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at admin@jsaecom.in, and we will cancel your order and initiate the refund process. b. We will refund the entire amount paid by you within 5-7 business days to the same mode of payment used by you at the time of placing the order.
Cancellation after Shipment: a. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please refuse delivery of the package. b. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. c. We will refund the entire amount paid by you within 5-7 business days to the same mode of payment used by you at the time of placing the order.
We offer a return policy for our products. You may return any product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the product is in new and unused condition and is returned in its original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund for Damaged or Defective Products: a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at admin@jsaecom.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. b. We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location and initiate the refund process. c.
